We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), payment information processed through Stripe, and usage data related to your API calls. We also collect your email address when you join our launch waitlist.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve the platform. Email addresses collected through the launch waitlist are used to notify you about the launch and availability of the service and, occasionally, to ask about your needs and expectations so we can build the right product. We do not use waitlist emails for marketing, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Image Processing

Floor plan images uploaded through our API are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Processed images are automatically deleted after the extraction is complete. We do not use your uploaded images for training or any other purpose.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. API keys are stored as secure hashes. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS. We regularly audit our security practices.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for delivering email, and may use analytics services to improve our platform. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Waitlist email addresses are kept until we send the launch notification and are deleted within 180 days after that, unless you create an account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data — including your waitlist entry — at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your usage data at any time through the dashboard. To exercise these rights, contact us or use the settings page in your account.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
