2. Description of Service

Floor Plan API provides a computer vision API for extracting structured data from floor plan images. The service includes room detection, symbol recognition, measurement extraction, and various output formats.

3. API Usage

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. You must not share your API keys or use them in a manner that violates these terms. Rate limits and usage quotas apply based on your subscription plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Overage charges apply when you exceed your included credits. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Data and Privacy

Images uploaded to our API are processed and not stored beyond the processing period. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Floor Plan API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
